Executive Fellowship

Once Everett Fellows graduate, they have the chance to apply to the Executive Fellowship, a paid position with full time dedication to the Everett Program. Executive Fellows support every aspect of the program, including course curriculum, fellowship management, outreach, partner relationships, mentorship, and much more. The position is a unique opportunity for young leaders to develop their professional skill set and support their community.

Thomas Gelder

Thomas Gelder

As Executive Fellow in 2013-2017, Thomas oversaw tech labs, overhauled internal systems, and led fundraising efforts for the program.

Today, he is the IT Director for Power California, a civic engagement organization leading electoral movement building work.

Monica Gutierrez-Lopez

Monica Gutierrez-Lopez

In 2015-2018, Monica was an Executive Fellow leading Impactathons and mentoring student project teams.

Now, she is a UX Web Designer who has worked with companies such as Adobe and ClassFindr.

Sierra Topp

Sierra Topp

Sierra was an Eexecutive Fellow from 2018-2020. Her focus areas were fundraising, marketing, and project management.

Now, she is a graduate student at the University of Washington College of Built Environments and an intern for the Seattle Department of Transportation.

Gabriela Giusta

Gabriela Giusta

Gabriela was an Executive fellow in 2016-2018, and during that time she focused her work on leading, fundraising for, and managing the Inclusive Economies project.

Now, she is the product marketing manager for HP and its Poly telecommunications suite.

Yesenia Torres

Yesenia Torres

As Executive Fellow from 2017-2019, Yesenia streamlined project management systems and oversaw partner relationships.

Today she is a web developer for the popular hair care brand Suavecito.

Mo Dick

Mo Dick

As Executive Fellow from 2020-2023, Mo led the Gateways Project and guided students through the project process.

Today, they are a graduate student at the UC Berkeley School of Public Policy, studying development practice in carceral settings.

Christine Ongjoco

Christine Ongjoco

From 2016-2017, Christine was an Executive Fellow specializing in Impactathon organization and designing graphics for outreach.

Since then, she has worked as a freelance graphic designer. Her work has been featured in publications such as VICE and The Imprint.

Amber Holguin

Amber Holguin

Amber was an Executive Fellow from 2017-2020, and during that time her focus was on organizing Impactathons.

She  now acts as the program manager for Ventures, a Watsonville-based economic justice organization.

Alexandra Munoz

Alexandra Munoz

Alexandra was an Executive Fellow from 2021-2022, and during that time she focused on Impactathon organization, outreach, and fellow management.

She is now a graduate student at UCLA’s Luskin School of Public Affairs, studying public policy.
