Partner Organization: Greenpeace
Climate change is the single most important issue facing humanity today and activists, like those in Greenpeace, are trying to prevent the worst case scenario for climate change through direct action and advocacy. However, no single organization is big enough to solve climate change alone. The issue of climate change is unique in that it requires global cooperation to produce effective solutions. Greenpeace is a global, independent campaigning organization that uses peaceful protest and creative communication to expose global environmental problems and promote solutions that are essential to a green and peaceful future

Total Funding: $2336.00

Project Description

Our project is to create a quiz feature that is an entertaining and educational way to inform people on campaign initiatives and relevant environmental facts on campaign websites. Planet 4 is focused on improving user engagement, and we will be creating a feature that will be added to their library of digital tools for National/Regional Offices and campaign managers. Our quiz feature will be offered as an additional way to engage with the content by asking viewers brief questions after browsing through the campaign’s work and the environmental issue in focus.

Project Outcomes

We will create a more engaging user experience for Greenpeace users that will result in more volunteers and donors for campaigns, and more personal knowledge of UX design.
